VisitDalaiLama.com is an independent spiritual travel platform operated by White Pigeon Holidays LLP, a registered Indian travel company affiliated with the Indian Association of Tour Operators (IATO), Association of Buddhist Tour Operators ( ABTO) , approved by Uttar Pradesh Tourism, and recognized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.
We design and operate culturally respectful Buddhist heritage tours, retreats, and educational experiences across India, with a focus on authenticity, legality, and spiritual sensitivity.
2. Our Legal Position
- We are not affiliated, endorsed, or connected with His Holiness the Dalai Lama( Past, Present or Future) , his office, the Gaden Phodrang Trust, or any monastery or Buddhist institution.
- The name “Dalai Lama” is used solely in a thematic, geographic, and cultural context to refer to Buddhist heritage sites, public teachings, and related travel destinations.
- We do not use any image, voice, portrait, or likeness of His Holiness in any promotional or commercial context.
- We comply with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and avoid any misleading representations, promises, or endorsements.
