Our Ethical & Operational Commitments

1. Compassion Before Commerce

We believe spiritual travel must serve the soul before it serves the balance sheet.

  • Our priority is purpose-driven itineraries that respect cultural heritage and community wellbeing.
  • Revenue is a by-product of responsible service — never the driver of decision-making.

2. Truthful Transparency

We never:

  • Claim affiliation with His Holiness the Dalai Lama ( Past, Present or Future) , his office, or any Buddhist institution.
  • Suggest exclusive or guaranteed access to spiritual leaders or teachings.
  • All itineraries, experiences, and limitations are communicated in writing before booking — in line with CPA 2019’s ban on misleading advertisements.

3. Respect for Sacred Traditions

We follow strict on-site etiquette:

  • No disturbance of prayers, rituals, or monastic schedules.
  • No unauthorised recordings of chants, ceremonies, or teachings.
  • Guests are briefed in advance to ensure respectful conduct in every sacred space.

4. Ethical Travel Design

We only partner with licensed, responsible, and culturally aware local service providers.

Vendors must:

  • Follow local laws.
  • Treat communities and heritage sites respectfully.
  • Operate with fair pay and safe working conditions.

5. Mindful Storytelling

Our content — whether blog, brochure, or ad — is:

  • Historically accurate and fact-checked to the best of our knowledge or cited from references / citations through various sites.
  • Free from sensationalism or exploitation of sacred symbols.
  • Written to educate and inspire, not to create unrealistic expectations.
  • We comply with CPA 2019 provisions against false or exaggerated claims.
  •

6. Inclusive Space

We welcome guests of all faiths, nationalities, and backgrounds, provided:

  • They are open to learning with humility.
  • They respect the local culture and customs.
  • No discrimination is tolerated — by us or by any partner on our tours.

7. Legal Integrity

Our operations comply with:

  • Indian laws including the Consumer Protection Act 2019, Intellectual Property laws, and the IT Act.
  • International norms for tourism and publicity rights.
  • All contracts, policies, and disclaimers are designed to prevent misleading representation.

8. Privacy & Dignity

We do not:

  • Force participation in rituals or events.
  • Engage in intrusive photography without consent.
  • Any images of monks, nuns, or local residents are taken respectfully and used only with permission.

9. No Exploitation of Sacred Figures
