Arrive at Gaya International Airport and transfer to your hotel for check-in.
Begin your sacred journey at the Mahabodhi Temple Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the holiest place in Buddhism. Visit the revered Bodhi Tree, Vajrasana (Diamond Throne), Animesh Lochana, and the sacred pond associated with Buddha’s enlightenment.
Later, admire the towering 80-ft Great Buddha Statue and explore the serene Thai, Japanese, and Tibetan monasteries, each reflecting global Buddhist traditions.
Overnight Stay: Bodhgaya
Drive to Vaishali, the ancient republic where Lord Buddha delivered his last sermon.
En route, an optional short stop at the Nalanda ruins offers insight into one of the world’s earliest universities.
In Vaishali, visit the iconic Ashokan Pillar with Lion Capital, Kutagarasala Vihara, Ananda Stupa, and the Relic Stupa. Conclude with the peaceful World Peace Pagoda, symbolizing universal harmony.

After breakfast, proceed to Kushinagar, the sacred town where Buddha attained Mahaparinirvana.
Visit the Mahaparinirvana Temple, housing the revered reclining Buddha statue, and the Ramabhar Stupa, believed to be Buddha’s cremation site. Continue to the tranquil Japanese Temple and Vietnamese Monastery, reflecting international devotion to Buddhism.
Overnight Stay: Kushinagar
Drive towards Nepal and cross the border at Sunauli (valid passport or ID required).
Arrive in Lumbini, the birthplace of Lord Buddha. Visit the sacred Maya Devi Temple, Ashokan Pillar, Sacred Garden, and the holy Puskarini Pond.
Explore the international monastic zone, home to Thai, Chinese, and Myanmar monasteries, each offering a unique spiritual ambiance.

Re-enter India and drive to Sravasti, where Buddha spent 24 rainy seasons imparting his teachings.
Visit the revered Jetavana Monastery, including the Ananda Bodhi Tree and Gandhakuti (Buddha’s meditation hut). Continue to Anathapindika’s Stupa, the ancient Saheth–Maheth ruins, and the poignant Angulimala Stupa.
